Had all my active listings ended this morning and when re-listing through SB under Sell Items area / Available to List, Unlisted on eBay, I'm getting "Warning 21916724 Invalid compatibilities combination(s)". I've had no problem revising or listing in the past with regards this warning, but with these new "re-lists", when I check the item on eBay after it's been submitted, not all of the vehicle compatibilities are getting listed. Checking the Item itself in the program, the compatibilities are there and correct. Anyone listing in Motors having this problem getting things right on eBay recently? I had over 1600 items to re-submit, I did 100 and the warnings have me put off doing any more. Hate to do the work for compatibilities, then not have eBay pick them up. Thanks, Jovita

Anyway around the PayPal API Requirement - Small Business Edition
I have two eBay Ids that are not business accounts on PayPal.
They accept PayPal only for purchases.
Is there any method to get around the requirement for an API in payment set up?

Cancel Button
The "Cancel" button on the bottom right of the Item Window next to "Save and Exit", what does it do exactly?
Whenever I try to hit "Cancel" to not save the changes I made to a listing it makes the changes anyway. So it must have another function that I am unaware of? Or is it a button that will be implemented in the future?

Error code 21916585 Duplicate Custom Variation Label
Hi, Ive searched the forums but cant find an answer to this so Im hoping someone can help me on here.
Ive got the SB edition of Sixbit and what Im trying to do is import multiple variation listings from one of my Ebay user IDs and then resubmit then to another of my user IDs.
I identified several I wanted to do this with and followed the instructions to the letter (ie, import into sixbit, cancel to end original, batch edited to new profile, resubmit) and resubmitted several at once, they were all similar products in the same category.
Some of them were submitted successfully but half a dozen werent and were rejected with the error code;
"error 21916585 Duplicate Custom Variation label"
As some of the rejected ones had sales on the previous user ID listing I though that might be the reason so I set up a brand new multiple variation listing on the old user id and imported/cancelled/resubmitted but got the same message.
Ive tried "forcing" them as new listings and submitting them as relists but to no avail on either and Im now at a loss as to how to move forward..
If the above makes sense can anyone tell me where Im going wrong and how i get round this?

Duplicate SKU filter
This is a minor nitpick, but would it be possible to tweak your Duplicate SKU filter to exclude templates? I have a ton of templates and all of them show up in this filter. Thanks.

Pick list item order
On the Pick List, items within a given storage location seem to print in random order much of the time. I've had orders with a couple dozen SKUs that are stored in one location. And I have storage locations that can hold 1000 SKUs, postcards for example. It would be nice to at least have the option of printing by SKU within a storage location.

Spell check not working in title.
I have not listed for several weeks. So, I don't know when this problem started. Spell check in title is no longer working for me.

Showing multiple items in the ad, but selling only one at a time
I have 25 drawers to sell. I priced them at $9.99 each. How do I set up my ad to show that the buyer can chose one or more than one at that price. For example, when they buy 4 drawers, the quantity goes down to 21.

SixBit choked on scheduled listings
First time for everything - I guess. Had 11 items scheduled in 6bit to list @2105... checked on return home at 2130.. nothing listed.. got a LONG error message.. exited 6bit (took some doing as it didn't want to close).. and on reopening all 11 listings were posted at the same time 2132...
Anyone else have this experience? Common? Solution??

Anyone use AWS RDS or Azure for database hosting?
Does anyone have any experience with AWS or Azure for hosting their Sixbit database? I'm approaching the size limit for SQL Express and mulling over the idea of either setting up a dedicated server or using something like RDS or Azure.

How can I batch edit every currently running listing?
Hello all ... new SixBit user here so please forgive me if this is a newbie question.
I've been trialing the SixBit software shortly after eBay announced they'll be getting rid of Turbo Lister.
I must say ... GREAT software, and I'll be a paying user as soon as my trial ends.
That said, I have a question:
I've been experiencing some issues with being charged a Gallery Plus fee which I did not intentionally toggle. I *think* I've found the correct toggle to turn this off in the template I created (Listing Upgrades, NONE) for all new listings, but I want to set that toggle to NONE for all currently running listings.
I think I know how to do it, but I'd like confirmation prior to pulling the trigger.
(Select ALL currently running listings, right click, REVISE, select Listing Upgrade Preset > Change to > None) OK
Can anyone confirm this or walk me through it, keeping in mind I'm a noob user?

Listings are not updating, Agent is running, tasks are disable
I bought a new Windows 10 computer about 3 months ago and made a brand new database when Sixbit was installed. Although, it says the agent is running none of the new listings are importing, no updates, and scheduled listings do not work. I can manually update the listings. Under the support tab it says "Agent is RUNNING on this computer. (Tasks are disabled on this computer)" Do I need to enable tasks? If so, how? I'm using SB ver 3.00.047. Thanks for any help.

I'm trying to list football tickets and it won't list because it says there is no event date - I have added the date 10/30/2016 several times and keeps failing to list?

Ebay Pictures Not Uploading & Being Removed on Revise
I've been listing this afternoon with no problems.
About 45 minutes ago, my pictures quit uploading even though the listinng is "successful." This is for each listing after that point and includes all pictures.
I thought I would wait for a while to do more new listings and would work on revisions.
When I revise an item, all of my pictures are being removed from Ebay.
Is anyone else having this problem or know what is going on?
I can go through Ebay and revise the listing to add my pictures but that is double work I don't have time for.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Please make the stock qty system simpler / overideable.
Causing too many errors, taking up way too much time, etc 
Running only one marketplace simpley doesn't make sense to have to manage quantities through two seperate systems (ebay's quantity to list, and sb's qty on hand).
- Not helped by having to switch between Check Listings and Sell Items tabs in SB for every individual listing to update SB Qty to ensure it's => eBay's Qty.
- Also not helped by having no way to bulk change SB Qty (can only bulk change eBay's Qty, which does nothing unless SB's Qty is changed too). If there is, please direct me, but I've tried and can't find anything that does it.
- Also not helped by eBay's Qty actually updating the visual counter in the grid, whilst not actually changing the qty online (unless SB Qty is =>). Which means visually checking anything in the grid is also pointless.
End result, not good.

Reply Snippets
I'm using the latest stable version of Sixbit: 3.00.047, SQL 2016
When I answer buyer's questions, and I click on one of my saved snippets, usually it works on the first snippet i double click the first time, but never on any other snippet I choose.: it hangs and doesn't populate in the reply field.
This happen especially when I click on another buyer's message, then double click on any snippet, SB hangs for couple of seconds, and nothing happen.
anyone is experiencing the same issue?

International 4x6 Shipping Label Question
For years I've been using stamps.com and my trusty Zebra LP2844-Z thermal printer for all my shipping labels. About 2 weeks ago the latest Windows 10 update erased this printer installation. After re-installing I cannot get international first class package labels to print properly. I made 3 calls and spent several hours doing remote sessions with stamps.com tech and they can't figure it out.
I'm wondering if anyone else is using a similar printer with 4x6 labels to print international labels successfully through Endicia or another service?

Modifying variation set definition
When using the option "Modify variation set definition" when editing a (non-running) listing, the changes don't come through on the listing. Here is what I am doing:
1. Make a duplicate of the item of currently running on eBay (so, it is now a new item on sixbit)
2. The duplicate comes through with the current variation set definition.
3. Modify the Item Specifics to add a few more variations and change current ones.
a. For example, changing "Chrysler 300 2013-2015" to "Chrysler 300 2013-2016"
b. Or, adding a new item like "Chrysler Pacifica 2017"
4. Then I go back to the new item/listing that I created (not posted on eBay yet) and right click on the variations window and select "modify variation set definition"
5. I uncheck unused variations and check the new or modified ones.
6. When I click "Save and exit" there are no changes made to the variation on the item window
Any suggestions or thoughts? Thank you
