Sort order under Check Listings

When checking scheduled listings, I want the schedule date to sort newest to oldest.

When viewing Completed listings, I want to show items newest ended to oldest ended.

I use the file save: 'save/overwrite existing fields', yet every time I switch back, I have to re-sort the appropriate date field.

Any suggestion to keep my saved chages for each window perminate?
