As a long-time BT and Six Bit user occasionally I come across a problem. My eBay business is simple so my listing requirements are fairly basic. I apologize if my question solution is obvious, but hope someone will take time to help me here.
I used a recent listing as a duplicate and prepared my listing per usual. I sent it to 'waiting upload'. I previewed the listing and got the green check that all was well. I clicked 'submit' button and then went to check listing. It showed the listing was scheduled to immediately list via six bit to eBay; it showed '1', meaning one was submitting. However, it showed '0' under pending... honestly can't recall if that is correct or if it should also say '1'. Anyway, the lisitng just plain never submits... just hangs there showing the timeline for submission, etc.
I canceled the listing and went back to 'sell items', duplicated it, and rescheduled it to start in 2 minutes. Went back to check listings and saw it was counting down to list in the 2 minute cycle... but when it reached zero time left it did not submit... just stayed there doing nothing.
I tried another template of mine (tried and true) and same results. I had to resort to manually listing the item on eBAy along with 2 others... something I haven't done in years.
How to resolve? The event log shows the listing was successfully scheduled in Sixbit.
Thanks very much for your time. Kate
