Warning: (12518) Insurance option has been turned off.

Hi there,

I just created a few new SKU. When submitting to eBay, I got a warning (Error# 12518) about insurance option has been turned off.

I checked everywhere but I don't see any insurance option. How can I avoid it in the future?
