I'm using the latest stable version of Sixbit: 3.00.047, SQL 2016
When I answer buyer's questions, and I click on one of my saved snippets, usually it works on the first snippet i double click the first time, but never on any other snippet I choose.: it hangs and doesn't populate in the reply field.
This happen especially when I click on another buyer's message, then double click on any snippet, SB hangs for couple of seconds, and nothing happen.
anyone is experiencing the same issue?
