Listing on eBay.uk site

We’d like to list an item on the eBay.uk site exclusively.

We have an item that reads in KPH and was made for the European market, truthfully anyone who buys it in the US will ask for a refund, so to avoid those issues we’d prefer to have it listed exclusively on the eBay.uk site, is that possible?
