I felt the need for speed.
I took my MSI laptop GT72 6QD to Micro Center for some pep pills. I wanted to add an additional 16 GB RAM for a total of 32 GB and a 1 TB SSD (Solid State Drive). They could not get any RAM to work which suprised both of us but the SSD was installed.
Backed up my 4.6 GB database. It took 33 seconds. I never timed it before but I would bet it took 10 minutes.
Bootup time is 7-10 seconds. Click on a program and it pops up almost instantly.
I feel satisfied for once. Add Fioptics which was just installed and I am ready to rock and roll.
