Issue #1: So i recently upgraded to v3.00 no problems. Went to list new items which i imported into SB via CSV just as i have done in the past no problem. click submit to eBay PROBLEM! error on all items “Qty is not valid” I check CSV the qty to list column has the correct qty. I check items in SB and SB reset qty to list to 0 on all of them. I re-import and qty to list shows again, submit again and get same error and qty zeros out. I check the Inventory stock box its at 0 so I add 1 to an item, click submit and it worked. So I look for option to bulk/batch change inventory stock but can't find this in edit menu of choices. So I create CSV with all the possible qty columns, 'qty on hand, qty to list, qty uncommitted. Go to import but there is only a map field for qty to list, non of the others are available. So I have been beating my head on desk trying to figure how to get stock inventory to match my qty to list. Then I go to adjust it manually but it wants to go 1 by 1 and when I add and click actual on hand it gives me error saying I haven't recorded a purchase correctly. Well I sell used car parts so I buy the car for 1 price as a whole then strip parts to sell so I don't have individual purchase/cost per part. Most parts are 1 of a kind unique. I finally was able to batch open the items at once but still had to go 1 by 1 and enter the stock level. Very time consuming. This was never an issue before I upgraded to 3.0 so maybe some settings or features have changed and I am not importing the items correctly??? I don't know but I would love some help with this. I just want SB inventory stock level to match what ever I import in qty to list column...see my attached inventory settings...............................
Issue#2: Recently I have had items sell that I know already sold via sixbit last year, but when I click the itemID to go to original item and click on inventory it shows that I only have 1 sale and its the current sale. When I click see all listings it shows me all ended listings without a sale and most recent listing marked SOLD. So at 1st I think maybe I am not remembering or maybe its a similar part to one im thinning sold, deja'vu! Then go to find it in warehouse and its not there which means it did sell but I don't have a record of it in SB? So its become more and more prevalent recently and I have had to cancel and refund a lot of these which is not good for a top rated status. I'm getting nervous its gonna get worse but I know theses items sold in SB so why are there no records of those prior sales, like they disappeared and the other question is aside from personal memory how am I gonna track down these rogue listings and fix this? I do use allo plans, see attached pics for settings.
