Hey everybody,
Today one of my employees mistakenly updated his Sixbit software (and the database) to the newest Beta version (2.00.113). He wanted to try one of the new features and didn't realize that it would update the database.
So, my question is, I have generally shied away from the Beta versions, with reliability being the #1 goal. While I am really liking the increased speed of the new version, how likely am I to run into issues? While I don't really want any software issues I obviously am mostly worried about data integrity issues. Anybody have any idea how much more likely this is with the Beta?
I do have an automatic back that was done not too long before the switch I believe I could revert to if needed. From what I understand there is not anyway to back convert a database? Just don't really know how much of a chance I am taking here. I appreciate any help. Thanks, Ross
