Background information:
-USA Based operations
-Sites setting to eBay Canada (this was an accident, we should've clicked ebay USA from the start)
-We list only in USD
-We ship FROM USA
Why is it that we need to delist everything and relist everything on eBay.com?
In the options setting there's a button to "Convert this database to a US database." Would this solve my problems of our inability to list new items . We have no issues with relisting old items.
Based on my understanding, the new update will force me to delist all my items and lose all my "X sold" information.
Can anyone clarify this for me?
