Just wanted to say a quick thank you to the sixbit team in particular JC Ryan. I created an error in my database (multiple ebay user id's tied to one sixbit profile) that brought our entire business to a halt as Sixbit would not open. Only 45 minutes after opening a support ticket we where back up and running and where able to get the days orders shipped out on time.
