I was having a problem with 2.0 version of Sixbits updating my presets so I switched over to Beta 2.00.161 which started another chain reaction and I was forced to buy a new monitor to handling the item entry screen. My laptop's 17.3 inch screen was too small to run in High Def and really hurt my eyes.
I am noticing since then some extrodianary bootup problems and I believe it has to do with having a second screen and having Sixbits on the second screen.
This morning was a 30 minute bootup (never really finished completely) before I finally got tired and control-shift-delete and brought up the task manager and restarted the computer and since I had the monitor turned on and plugged in it seem to boot up correctly.
Possibly it some combination of how the computer is set up at shutdown vs how it is setup at restart which might not be the same is my gut feeling.
I used to have a TV plugged into my computer and I really did not see this problem before. The only real changes are Sixbits, NVidia update and new monitor (no software update) which is for the most part hooked up not necessarily on to my machine.
Never had a PC take what seems like forever to start and I might say it is having problems shutting down too.
