Our office was struck by lightening and we lost computers etc. Of course, I'm on vacation and am trying to set everything up remotely. Sixbit is installed but my orders from the two days ago will not import. I am getting new orders and old orders but not orders from a few days ago. When I refresh I get a bunch of errors saying listing not found in database. I did not have a good back up so I am starting from scratch. I desperately need to be up and running soon.
Options refresh date is set for May 24th.
Option box is checked to create new listing if not in database.
Everytime I try and import or refresh I am getting the agent is running error, so I restart the agent in computer settings and then I am able to inport or refresh.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
