This discussion is mainly for those that sell on Amazon, and sell using variation listings.
As we all know, when we sell with variations on eBay, SB maintain's 1 parent listing, with all the children under it.
On AZ, we can make stand alone listings, and later "convert" them to children.
I would assume that SB would then remove those "individual stand alone" records, and move those children under their parent, thus having a structure similar to eBay.
I think I'm wrong on that, however.
I think if we convert a stand alone listing, to a child, we need to delete that child manually in SB, and allow SB to bring in the parent; at which time it'll also bring in that child record....as a child.
Something like that....
Can someone that's worked more with parent/child AZ records shed more light on how this is expected to work for me? Cuz, from what I can tell, AZ variations are a mess in SB, but it may just be a lack of understanding on my part.
